Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Giza Court of Appeal ruled yesterday, Sunday, to dismiss the appeal to impose judicial receivership on the property of the late artist Ahmed Zaki, and to support the imposition of the jail.

Earlier, the Giza court had issued a ruling imposing judicial receivership over the legacy of the late artist Ahmed Zaki, including the cars, apartments and property inside.

Rami Ezz El-Din, son of the late artist Hala Fouad, appealed the ruling and the court issued its early ruling.

The North Giza court had previously issued a ruling imposing judicial receivership on the property of the deceased artist and appointing a judicial guard to receive the estate.

Ashraf Zaki, the captain of the acting professions, announced the death of the young artist, Haitham Ahmed Zaki, son of the late artist Ahmed Zaki, on November 7, 2017, after suffering a severe drop in blood circulation.
