Al Hamra Real Estate Development Company has signed an agreement with Emaar Hospitality Group to manage the new Ruff Manar Mall in Ras Al Khaimah.

The Hamra group owns 25% of the rooms (Al-Manar Mall) for a cost of AED 367 million ($ 100 million).

The group's portfolio currently includes 4 hotels, including the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and the Al Hamra Beach.

Emaar Hospitality plans to double its portfolio of hotels 4 times and expand to 58 hotel markets worldwide in the next few years. The existing portfolio of the company includes 2,500 hotel rooms in operation and 7,000 hotel rooms under development.
