Press officer WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A huge rock will hit the planet next month, NASA said Monday.
The asteroid, called 2000 QW7, is traveling at 14,361 mph and is expected to cross the Earth from 3.3 million miles on September 14th.
NASA's administrator, Jim Pridenstein, warned about the asteroid, predicting a deadly collision if the Earth was not ready for it. This comes at a time when he announced the discovery of a group of images proving the existence of a pharaonic coffin on Mars during his recent mission.
