The technical site "Glacid" has published a report on the discovery of a serious flaw in the application of instant messaging "Watsab" threatening the private messages of all users.
Abby Fuller, a technical engineer at Amazon, said on the site that he had discovered a technical problem at Watsab regarding the ability to detect the archive of each user's private message archives.
The technical problem arises when a user configures a new phone for a Watsab account with the help of a new number, but thanks to this vulnerability, he can detect all archived messages intended for another user via WatSab.
This loophole shows all previous Watsab cats for all previous numbers of the new owner of the phone, even if these numbers are no longer in his possession.
