NASA makes an exciting discovery of the North Atlantic!

LONDON (Reuters) – Scientists have discovered a 35-kilometer hole in the Greenland ice, making it the second discovery announced in recent months.

A NASA Glacial Observatory showed signs of a hole in northwestern Greenland, 184 km from the newly discovered Hiawatha plank, during satellite imagery analysis and topographic maps of the region.

The fossils are still unclear, although researchers doubt that he is more than 80,000 years old.

"We have studied the Earth in different ways, terrestrial, aerial and space, and it is interesting to be able to make such discoveries," said Joe McGregor, scientist at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center.

The hole discovered, estimated at about 30 km wide, is located under "Hiawatha".

It was previously thought that most traces of ancient antiques had been erased by the accumulated erosion of ice for many years. After the first discovery, the research team began to suspect the existence of other holes.

The researchers analyzed images from NASA's Terra and Aqua Moderate Resolution Spectrometers, as well as those from the IceBridge mission, to discover the presence of the extraterrestrial crater.

Evidence suggests that the new structure will likely be a crater or volcanic nozzle, but at present, it seems unlikely that another well is associated with it.
