Agonist staff consists of 12 people with special needs of both sexes, most of whom suffer from Down syndrome and other genetic disorders.

A unique idea by which the coffee owner, physiotherapist Wassim Al Haj, wanted to integrate these young men and women into society through direct contact with customers.

"It was difficult to download applications for customers, because not all employees could read the numbers, so we used colors, we put the pictures in color," he said.

The coffee owner pointed out that there was no tangible support from the Lebanese State, in the hope that the project would continue to grow.

"I work on the responsibility and I am responsible for people with Down syndrome, correcting their mistakes and helping them," says Farah, head of coffee accounting at Sputnik.
