Abdel Fattah: We filed a memorandum against Abdel Hafiz. And two countries in Africa have asked to apply the rule of video

Issam Abdel Fattah, a member of the Football Federation and head of the main committee of the Egyptian Football Federation, confirmed that he had submitted a memorandum to the Aljablaia Discipline Committee against Sayed Abdel Hafiz, director of football Ahli.

In an interview with Radio On Sport FM, Abdelfattah said that only two countries on the African continent had requested the use of videoconferencing techniques, namely Egypt and Morocco.

"We took note against Sayed Abdel Hafiz after his recent comments on the referees," said a member of the football federation, "we want every official to focus solely on his team."

"But I want to be honest, we are presenting these memos to those who abuse the referees, we will hold a meeting of the Football Federation tomorrow and we will discuss it."

And the application of video rule technique, followed by Abdel-Fattah, who said: "This is not done day and night."

"Only two countries in Africa have asked to benefit from this technology, namely Egypt and Morocco," he concluded. "We are currently preparing all things to implement them as quickly as possible."
