Cairo – a
Ahmed Aboul Gheit, secretary-general of the League of Arab States, visited a number of wings of Arab countries, Egyptian wings, armed forces and the Arab League during his visit Thursday at the International Book Fair, on the occasion of his golden jubilee.
Aboul Gheit accompanied the Under-Secretary-General for Palestinian Affairs, Ambassador Said Abu Ali, Deputy Secretary-General for Social Affairs, Ambassador Haifa Abu Ghazaleh, who oversees the University's participation, and the Spokesperson for the Secretary General, Ambassador Mahmoud Afifi.
Aboul Gheit is organizing a symposium at the book fair "A Witness of War and Peace".
