The Supreme Council for Media Regulation in Egypt has decided to refer the actor Mohamed Ramadan to the investigation following his recent concert on the north coast, which has witnessed numerous violations and abuses.
The musicians' union, artist Hani Shaker, has filed a lawsuit against the Supreme Council of Media Organizations against Mohamed Ramadan, said the council's general secretary, Dr. Essam Faraj.
Issam Faraj said that the council had approached the Union of Musical Professions to investigate the artist Mohamed Ramadan, in cooperation with the works of art, after which the council would look into the matter.
