Adata has announced the launch of a new SSD based on flash memory and three-dimensional storage cells.

The Taiwanese company has adopted the new SD600Q on the 3D-NAND, the cumulative installation offering more memory capacity on a reduced space, which makes this type of static disk less expensive.

Adata noted that the new SD600Q still weighs 60 grams and is manufactured in accordance with MIL-STD-810G 516.6 and is therefore able to fall to the ground from a height of 1.2 meters, thanks to its treatment with a shock absorber. appropriate silicon.

The transmission speed of read and write data is 440 MB / s. This value is common to SATA-SSD disks, and the new tablets are compatible with the Google Android system up to 960 GB.

The Taiwanese company has not yet provided data regarding the timing or price of the new SD600Q.
