In a flagrant violation of the articles of the League of Arab States, the young Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad, fled the Arab summit, preparing to turn him into delegate of Turkey and Iran, for public taste.
The withdrawal of Tamim and the delegation accompanying him from the summit meeting contradicts all the diplomatic protocols: he jumped while Aboul Gheit delivered his speech and left the room without permission.
This also contradicts Article 2 of the League Charter, which states that the University aims to strengthen the links between the participating States, coordinate their political cooperation projects, maintain their independence and sovereignty and take into account generally considers the affairs and interests of the Arab countries.
It also contravenes Article VIII, which provides: "Each state participating in the University has the system of government in force in the other states of the League, which it considers to be the only state in the world. one of the rights of these states, and pledges not to change this system. "
Tamim escapes Article 18 of the Charter and also stipulates that "if a League State considers that it is necessary to withdraw from it, it must inform the Council of its intention to withdraw from one year before its application. "
