Ahmed al-Fishawi jailed for a month

The Khalifa family court on Saturday sentenced Ahmed al-Fishawi to jail for a month for failing to pay for the frozen food of his daughter Lina of his ex-wife Hind al- Henawi.
Lawyer Shaaban Saeed, an agent of Hind El-Hinnawi, the prosecution restricted by the number 86 in 2019, the caliph's family, has frozen alimony against her husband, Ahmed al-Fishawi.
Said said in his complaint that Al-Fishawi had refrained from paying child support in favor of his daughter Lina, estimated at £ 234,000, and had issued a binding court decision.
Shaaban pointed out that the verdict against al-Fishawi is enforceable and that it should not be challenged. In case of arrest, he would be obliged to execute the verdict against him or to pay a frozen allowance to his daughter.
