Hilmi Abdel Razeq, Al Ahli's legal adviser, said the Football Federation had not yet responded to the club's complaint against Abdullah Al-Saeed after moving to Pyramids.
On January 5, Al Ahli formally filed a complaint with the Football Federation to assert his financial rights after Abdullah Al – Saeed left Ahli Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) to settle in Pyramids.
"The football federation still has not responded," Abdel Razeq told broadcasters. "They are obviously busy with other tasks and we are not satisfied with the complaint against Abdullah Al-Saeed."
"This did not happen between the Al Ahli club and the player, no contact, the relationship ended between us after his transfer to Saudi Ahli Jeddah, there is no relationship between us, neither near nor far."
"We are waiting for the response of the football federation to the complaint and, in the absence of response, we will certainly step up things in order to obtain the rights of the club Al Ahli in all possible ways."
Al-Ahli's legal counsel went on to say that the contract was legal and that it was subject to a clause prohibiting Abdullah Al-Saeed from playing in Egypt. If he violated this condition, he would pay $ 2 million.
Hilmi Abdul Razek concluded by stating: "Tell the media that the player who terminates his contract and that the family does not have the right to obtain the penalty clause, and discuss (Httl) Baltqal Mlosh without legal basis neither health base. "
