Al Ahli drew 0-0 at home against Al-Raed in Saturday's game at King Abdullah Stadium in Buraydah for the 12th round of the Mohammed Bin Salman Professional Cup.
Al Ahli and Al Rayed have not managed to exploit the opportunities and translate them into goals. Both teams managed to get one point and the visitors suffered a defeat in the second half.
In the 61st minute, the referee handed the red card to Paolo Diaz, Ahli's player, after deliberately blocking the leading player in the group, to complete his team with ten players.
Al-Ahly increased his lead to 24 points in third place and 12 points in eleventh place.
Al Ahly continued his series of negative results after drawing 1-1 in the last round against Al-Faiha, who did not take advantage of Al Hilal and Al-Nasr in the 12th round second round, but finished third with 24 points.
