FIFA approves 7 new amendments to football law
The International Football Federation (IFAB), the governing body of the International Federation (FIFA), on Saturday approved new changes to the laws of the game, which will come into effect from 1 June.
The International Federation's amendments, according to the "Sky Sports" network, as follows:
1. The goal scored directly by touching the ball in the hand / arm, even unintentionally, and recording a player or his sector to have the opportunity to run after the acquisition, control of the ball from the arm / hand , even involuntarily, will no longer be counted.
The International Council explained that the resolution "would provide a more precise and precise definition of what is included in the positions of touch, especially with regard to situations where the touch of the hand will be an involuntary / unintentional punishment" .
2 – The player who is replaced does not have to leave the middle of the stadium, but leaves the nearest point.
3 – Players are allowed to touch the ball in the penalty area on penalty kicks.
4 – The referee can declare the yellow or red cards of the technical and administrative bodies of the teams, and not the verbal expulsion, contrary to what was before.
5 – If the ball has hit the referee during one of the attacks, he can drop the ball, contrary to what had previously been calculated, that the referee likes the air .
6 – The goalkeeper is required to put a foot on the line, on penalties.
7 – Take disciplinary action against players who are causing problems on the human wall during kick kicks.
It should be noted that the Council of the International Football Federation is composed of four civil associations, "England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland", in addition to FIFA.
