Adli al-Qaiyi, a contract consultant for the Al-Ahli club, said three players had been added to the African Al-Ahly squad before the clash between the Vita Club Congolese on Saturday at the Borg Al Arab stadium in the first African Champions League round.
Al-Ahli confirmed that Al-Ahli had decided to include Ramadan Subhi, Hussein Al-Shahat and Yasser Ibrahim in his African team of 23 players.
After the inclusion of three players in Al Ahly, there remain four places in the list before closing the door at the end of the month.
