Al Khalidi said that the chamber, through its various platforms, has a lot of questions about the mechanism of registration in the programs to be organized, which shows the interest of the target audience to seize this opportunity, The program will take place six times during the year 2018. During which 500 trainees will be trained and trained in each period "every four days", for a total of 3000 trainees and trainees.

The "Sales Skills" program, which aims to identify customer needs with the help of intelligent questions, to know the models of these customers, to manage each type, to develop sales skills in the face of face and over the phone. The ability to negotiate and develop relationships with customers, and the presentation of the concepts of science and art sales and modern marketing, and the specifications of the seller's excellence, and training on the practical steps to succeed in the sales process.

The program addresses a number of topics, including the classification of customer segments, the knowledge of target customers and the relationship between needs and drivers shopping, listening, emotional intelligence, negotiation and persuasion skills, as well as that a hands-on training on how to handle customer objections and excuses. The main reasons for the lack of customer approval for the purchase, cross selling and upward, the time management of sales staff, the ability to deal with the professional bans of customers, the skills to search for potential customers, fatal errors in sales and how to avoid them.
