Most people, especially vegetarians, dieters, believe that excessive exercise of power is good for your health and helps you lose weight. However, nutritionist Hazem al-Masri warned against excessive consumption of tomatoes and salt, for lack of colon disease, in the body.
Hazem al-Masri, in his statement to Masrawy, advised when preparing the salad to increase green leafy vegetables, reduce tomatoes and replace salt with lemon.
"Some people consume too much energy and think they consume calories for free," said nutritionist Laila El Sayed. "In reality, the authorities in the Arab world are causing weight gain and other health problems.
She advised the nutritionist to take certain steps to prepare a health authority and helpful:
1 – replace the salt with a few drops of lemon because it contains vitamin "C" and folic acid.
2. Consume only one dish of cheese without salad, mayonnaise and different sauces.
3 – reduce tomatoes for lack of acidity of the stomach and kidney problems because they contain large amounts of potassium.
3 – Prefer the multiplication of leafy vegetables such as lettuce, spinach, watercress and a little cabbage.
4. Add a little olive oil instead of the normal one.
5 – do not buy canned goods to contain preservatives, and the preservation of vegetables for long periods of time lose their nutritional value.
6 – You want to put some salt, it is better to eat it by eating, because keeping salt for a long time loses its nutritional value.
