Al-Marsad Journal: American Levi Garrett revealed his inspiring story when he insisted on losing over 100 kilograms of weight and became a bodybuilding champion.
Garrett said the problem with his weight started at school age, where he was “very humble and introverted,” and disliked being in the big company of friends and not dealing with strangers; According to Russia Today.

From then on, Garrett made a crucial decision to radically change his life. For 3 years, he followed a strict diet, went to the gym almost every day, and managed to lose 104 kg during this time.
Garrett had 3,900 calories in his daily diet, was interested in bodybuilding, weighed around 90kg, and participated in bodybuilding competitions on a regular basis.
