Minnesota United midfielder Hasani Dotson surprised his girlfriend with a marriage offer after his team ended his team’s game against the San Jose Earthquakes in Major League Soccer.
As soon as the referee blew his whistle, announcing the end of the match which took place on Sunday, with a positive result 2-2, Dotson went to his girlfriend who was on the pitch, knelt down, and asked for her hand in marriage.
The young girl, who wore a white dress as if she had prepared herself for this exciting moment, did not hesitate to accept the request, and hugged Dotson.
Dotson, 23, has played for Minnesota United since 2019 and this season he has played 10 games, in which he has scored one goal.
