Amir congratulates Al-Annabi for his pride

KUWAIT: The emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, sent a congratulatory message to the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani, for his qualification for the final of the Cup of Asia.
Earlier in the day, Al-Annabi took the final for the continental final after defeating the UAE 4-0 in the semifinal of the tournament to hit Japan in the final of the Asian edition on Friday.
"Achieving this feat is a victory for Gulf and Arab football and a source of pride for all," said the cable.
The Kuwaiti Amir hailed the high level of technical performance presented by the two rival teams at this tournament and the great sportsmanship shown by both teams. (Anatolia)
