A large asteroid, the Big Ben, is heading for the Earth at 48,959 km / h, flying close to our planet on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, NASA said.
The rock was named "2013 MD8" and, fortunately, it will have more than 482,832 km of land during the passage around 17:55 GMT.
Qatar would have an area of 85 meters and the information indicates that the "MD8 2013" is likely to hit the ground.
"No asteroid or comet has been identified in a collision course with Earth at the present time, so the probability of a major collision is very low," NASA said.
