Entrepreneurs in Dubai can now use cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin to pay for business license and visa fees, after the government company, KIKLABB, announced the start of acceptance of digital currencies.

KIKLABB is jointly owned by the Dubai Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation, and its mission is to provide government services to entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized businesses and international companies operating in the emirate.

Payment options will include Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Dether, while new business registration will be possible by default and completely remotely, using only a smartphone.
