Flamingo asked Al Hilal an immediate amount of 6 million euros, the remaining 3 million having been paid before February 2020.
The administration of Al-Hilal, led by Fahd bin Nafil, must settle its final position with regard to the satisfaction of Flamengo's requirements and the purchase of Cuellar.
