Experts involved in the development of Wesabak add a new feature designed to help users "filter" status updates.
Currently, case updates are offered in chronological order, which could be a problem for users with hundreds of contacts. The company is currently testing a new algorithm that allows users to sort updates according to their preferences, experts said.
According to the US technical information website Mashbel, the ability to sort updates will now be tested by a small group of iPhone users in Brazil, Spain and India and could be proposed to more users in the coming months.
The Facebook-based chat application also plans to offer group invitations to make groups less of a nuisance as users will be able to choose whether to join a group or not. .
The company should release this feature soon but will not be activated automatically because users must choose from "Settings", by accessing Settings, Account, Privacy and Groups, and then choosing one of the following three options.
