An unknown body revolves around the earth, recently intrigued astronomers.

The researchers believe that the extraterrestrial body, located 600 km above the Earth, could be a garbage bag, which some consider the remains of a rocket, but experts have not identified its source, because of its small size.

Experts believe that this strange satellite is probably a fragile material, such as rocket flakes, according to the British newspaper "Daily Express".

This confusing object, called A10bMLz, was detected for the first time Friday by an ATLAS telescope.

The object has also been analyzed by astronomers at London Northolt Observatory and has been described as "extremely light" and extends for several meters.

"This refers to what is called the empty garbage bag, a piece of lightweight material (possibly made of thin metal), followed by the launch of a rocket," said the observatory's Northolt.

"It revolves around the Earth in an unusual backward orbit, at an average distance of 262,000 km."
