An urgent decision by SAMA regarding the cash provisions deposited by the Mohammed Bin Salman Trust

The Saudi Monetary Agency (SAMA) has confirmed that all banks and banks have neither recorded nor deducted amounts due from the accounts of beneficiaries of the "Sanad Mohammed bin Salman" program.

This directive is in addition to the instructions of the Company issued in the context of Circular No. 67/37488 of 15/6/1440 AH concerning the non-seizure of sums deposited by charitable organizations in bank accounts which are reserved on judicial order.

This program is one of the social and charitable initiatives adopted by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz – may God keep him – which varies between material and moral support to various groups in society to support newlyweds and reduce the burden of marriage on them.

SAMA urged all banks and banks not to withhold these amounts in exchange for the repayment of personal loans and other financing commitments, in document No. 67/47711 of 28/7/1440.
