Apex Legends Confirms Big Changes Coming To Ranked Arenas

The last season of Apex Legends, “Appearance,” Ranked Arenas were added to the mix after the first Arena Cards from the previous season were added to the popular video game. Arena maps are smaller than the traditional mega battle royale maps from the base mode of Apex Legends It also includes and changes the number of loots and players, severely limiting that and pitting three players against three others. And big changes seem to be on the horizon for Specially Ranked Arenas.

Apex Legends Senior designer Robert West recently responded to criticism of the classified ring on Twitter with a series of changes coming to the situation. “We have matchmaking and AP improvements going on and of course we’ll continue to update as we move forward,” West said. “I know of at least one bug that we are investigating and I hope we get a fix soon.” You can check out the topic for yourself below:

According to West, there are some updates underway that are supposed to make Ranked Arenas a much smoother experience for people. This includes, but is not limited to, how matchmaking and matchmaking odds play together to determine teams. “Your lower ranked teammates usually mean MMR is close to you, but they don’t get as much AP,” West said of it. It should be better after the update too.

Apex LegendsThe final season, “Emergence”, is currently in play. The season brought with it a new legendary seer among many other changes.
