Apple continues to attract Google executives to develop some of its divisions that suffer from an obvious lack of competitive advantages over other companies, the most important of these sections being the artificial intelligence, and so has attracted Ian Goodfellow, one of the most prominent names in this field with Google.
Goodfellow was previously a member of OpenAI Artificial Intelligence, funded by Elon Mask, and now goes to Apple to lead the machine learning section of Apple's private enterprise group.
Apple attracted Google's John Giannandrea, who ran Google's Ian Goodfellow, which has become a human resource incubator, transferring his experience with Apple.
Google is one of the largest and most advanced technology companies in the field of artificial intelligence, used in almost all of its services and applications. Apple wants to rely on this technology to develop its products, such as facial recognition on an iPhone camera or the automatic control mechanism.
One of Goodfellow's best works is the invention of a certain type of artificial intelligence system capable of creating and generating human face images from raw data, such as images of real people, allowing generate real human faces for non-existent people.
This type of artificial intelligence system has two parts: the first is the generation of new faces based on preliminary data and many images used for training purposes, and the second is to distinguish these faces to determine their differences.
Goodfellow was able to create images, videos, sounds and texts based solely on artificial intelligence.
