A new report shows that Apple is about to launch the new version of the iPad Mini 5 in the first half of 2019, with a 7.9-inch display and A10 Fusion processing chips.
According to the Indian website fonearena, the device will not have many design changes according to the latest leaks that confirmed that the design of the next version does not differ from that of the current iPad mini 4, while DigiTimes has indicated that Apple was preparing to launch several IPad versions, and one of them will bear the name of the iPad Mini 5.
The new iPad Mini 5 is no different from the current version of the iPad Mini 4; so we expect the screen size to be also 7.9 inches, with a 6.1mm thickness of the device, and should support TouchID technology, with a 3.5mm headphone jack.
It is also expected that the location of the microphones will become all the way to the top of the new version, in a design compatible with the sixth generation of iPad.
