Apple Releases iOS 12.4.1 and WatchOS 5.3.1 Updates to Fix Some Vulnerabilities

Apple today released two new updates for its mobile and portable devices, iOS 12.4.1 and WatchOS 5.3.1. These new updates are sub-updates, so that the first update is 101 MB while the second update is about 55 MB. As you can imagine, these new updates are mainly intended to provide important security and stability updates and are recommended for all users.

Both updates must already be connected to Apple iOS and Apple Watch devices. If this update has not yet reached your iOS device, simply go to Settings, then General, then Software Updates. If your Apple Watch does not arrive, simply go to the Apple Watch app, to My Watch, then to General, then to the Software Updates section.

Although Apple remains silent on the security patches brought by this update, rumors say that the new iOS 12.4.1 update has already been released to fix a security flaw exploited for submit the iPhone to a jailbreak.
