Apple said in a statement that some motorcycle engines can produce vibrations that affect the iPhone’s camera.

The US company explained that exposing the iPhone to high-amplitude vibration in certain frequency ranges, especially those caused by high-powered motorcycle engines, could degrade the performance of the phone’s camera system.

And “Apple” indicated that the vibrations which mainly focus on the frame and handlebars of the bike, affect “the iPhone”, which calls for avoiding connecting the phone to the bike while riding, according to the CNET site, specializing in technical news.

According to the company, technologies like image stabilization and autofocus will make automatic adjustments if you accidentally move around while taking a photo.

And “Apple” reported that direct exposure to strong vibrations caused by motorcycles, such as the aforementioned systems and others, results in lower quality of photos and videos afterwards.
