Al-Sudais has adopted a mechanism to install seasonal chronometers on broken wages.
The General President of the Holy Mosque and Mosque of the Prophet Sheikh, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdul Aziz Al-Sudais, adopted the mechanism of setting temporary timers proposed by the committee to study broken wages and study the procedures of installation and appointment to office.
The committee began its work under the chairmanship of Vice-President for Administrative Affairs Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Mansouri, Vice-President for Administrative Affairs Saad bin Mohammed al-Muhaimeed and Administrative Counsel Mohammed bin Faraj al-Aqla; And the extension of their service, before they start sorting out their qualifications and abilities in parallel with the need of the presidency and the departments and units of the administration and the field according to the system of the public service, in order to invest energies and attract talent and enable qualified national executives, take advantage of qualified personnel with scientific and practical experience in the field so as to obtain guidance and leaders – may God preserve them – to provide the best services to the two Kasdi Holy Mosques of pilgrims and pilgrims and visitors.
Following the vacancy of its work, the recruitment mechanism, its controls and the selection criteria were defined as follows:
First: Controls:
1- To be a Saudi national.
2. Not less than twenty years old.
3. His record is unprecedented.
4- It must have a qualification according to the Department of Service classification (PhD, MA, BA, College, General College for Service Departments).
5. Good behavior and driving.
6. Be in good health.
7 – Pass the written test.
8. Spend the personal interview.
Second: Standards:
1- Qualification and date of obtaining.
2. Qualification assessment.
3. Qualifications.
4. Languages
5. Seniority of employment.
6. Evaluation of the performance.
