Install the (Signal) app on your phone, and it is available for free for iPhone and iPad users in the App Store, and for Android device users in Google Play.
After installing the (Signal) app on your phone, open it and click the three dots in the upper right corner of the app screen. In the menu that appears, press the option (Create group).
Give a name to the created group and add the required contacts.

Now open the group you created and then tap on the three dots at the top right of the app screen. In the menu that appears, tap the Settings option.
In the window that appears, click on the Group link option. Toggle the button next to the Group Link option to ON. In the same window, after changing the button, click on the Share option below.
In the application (WhatsApp), open the group of your choice and then paste the link you copied into the write box. Now anyone with access to this link can directly join the group you created at (Signal).
The group creator can stop sharing the link at any time by toggling the back button to off mode. Besides, you can share the link in any other messaging app and invite other people to join the app (Signal).
