Arsenal warns players involved in the laughter scandal

LONDON (Reuters) – Arsenal has warned its players of the hilarious gas inhalation scandal at a "suspicious ceremony" held in August in front of the English Premier League.

A spokesman for the club, who was not named, told the BBC on Friday that the club had issued a stern warning to players involved in the scandal and asked them not to repeat this scenario and to remind them of their responsibilities.

The Sun revealed the case with concrete evidence through the surveillance camera of where the players, Alexander Lakazetti, Matthew Gundusi, Masoud Ozil and Pierre Obamiang, as well as others, were ridden around a table filled with bottles of champagne and alcohol.

"Players inhaled balloons (nitrous oxide) known for their ability to change the mood of the man, and make them in the case of hysteria of continuous laughter and unconscious."

A group of experts warned against the danger of nitrous oxide, called laughing gas, which could potentially hurt users or even lead to death.

Nitrous oxide resulted in 17 deaths between 2006 and 2012.

Arsenal has not immediately issued an official statement on the content of the video.
