Las Vegas (USA) – Translation as conceived by science fiction decades ago is now possible directly in the ear thanks to an artificial intelligence that allows an easy dialogue without language barrier.
At the Las Vegas Electronic Show, several companies are promoting their increasingly sophisticated devices and enabling dialogue in multiple languages via a small handheld device or wireless headphones.
The red, white and black Beilots are beautifully designed by Weaverly Labs. They are translated into 15 languages and cost between $ 180 and $ 250. When the speakers are equipped, they can communicate directly.
At a brief presentation in Las Vegas, an AFP reporter was properly translated into the voice of Andrew Oshwa, president of Waverly Labs, founded in 2014 in New York.

OSHWA explains that the phone through the smartphone app "listens to the sound and sends it to the cloud (cloud computing), translates it and analyzes it."
