Dr Gad El-Qadi, director of the National Astronomical Research Institute, confirmed that Jupiter and Saturn are among the largest planets, and therefore as Saturn approaches Earth during the night of this day, it can be seen with the naked eye.
The director of the National Astronomical Research Institute said in statements to the Truth program, broadcast on the Extra News channel and presented by the media, Aya Abdel Rahman, that the planet Saturn will be present all night in the sky, because it rises with sunset and reaches the closest point to the Earth, and it can be seen all night long, until Saturn’s sunset.
The director of the National Institute for Astronomical Research continued: The planet Saturn will be bright and easy to see, but the rings are difficult to see with the naked eye, explaining that this phenomenon is repeated every year on the same dates, such as The Saturn’s path is relatively close to Earth, and the Earth rotates in the same location almost every year.
