Asus Vivowatch SP is the latest smartwatch to come with the ECG

At the 2018 IFA in Berlin, Asus has officially unveiled its latest smartwatch, Asus Vivowatch SP, after announcing the worldwide launch of the Asus ROG Phone II gaming phone.

As with some new smart phones that have just hit the market, such as the Apple Watch Series 5, the new Asus Vivowatch SP smart watch is also supplied with the ECG, the ability to track the blood pressure and stress levels. In addition, this smart watch is also provided with a GPS and altimeter for more accurate data on exercise, especially in areas of low coverage.

The latest Asus smart watch is also supplied with the Asus HealthAI personal trainer, which should guide you based on your stats and your habits. The company says that this personal digital coach has been developed in collaboration with health experts.

Intended for active people, the new Asus Vivowatch SP is designed to withstand water up to a depth of 50 meters. The ceramic bezel reduces fingerprints and this smart watch fits your fashion with interchangeable shoulder straps. The company promises uninterrupted use of 14 days before having to charge the watch, but Asus has remained silent about the features that must remain off for the watch battery to achieve this impressive performance.

Asus will launch its new Asus Vivowatch SP smartwatch in the fourth quarter of 2019, but we expect pricing and availability to be revealed later this year, likely at the scheduled launch date.
