Borussia Dortmund has announced its transfer to Christian Policic in Chelsea next summer.
The transaction amounts to 64 million euros, provided that the striker moves to Stamford Bridge at the end of the season and stays in Germany on loan.
Bolcic will be the first of Chelsea this summer, with coach Mauricio Surrey looking for a Premier League spot.
Chelsea is currently in fourth place with 43 points.
