From this point of view, added the Minister, the Kingdom of Morocco impatiently awaits this meeting constituting a collective awakening with the need to purify the Arab-Arab atmosphere, knowing that the Arab interest is a common interest and that security Arab as a whole perspective is a common commitment.

He also expressed the hope that the meeting would be a real breakthrough to turn the page of the past, and a turning point in the direction of the restoration of the authority of Arab decision-making and a starting point to move from the level of the discourse and theorization to action and innovation and the launching of initiatives capable of influencing the course of events, in accordance with Arab interests and a common aspiration for peace Security, stability and development far from narrow patriotic egoisms .

To achieve these aspirations, according to Bourita, it is necessary to have a solid apparatus for the management of joint Arab action, responsible and executives, capable of absorbing this ambition in the form of an inspiring and more effective suggestive force.

He said the award of today’s meeting to discuss strengthening solidarity and joint Arab action in the face of common dangers and challenges facing Arab national security, and the emphasis on the constant towards the Palestinian cause undoubtedly confirms the extent of the strong commitment. and the mutual influence between the level of joint Arab action and the resolute settlement of the Palestinian question.

In this regard, he noted that what was needed was to focus on the success of positive international, international, Arab and Islamic efforts to cling to the option of negotiation, communication and dialogue in order achieve the desired goal of establishing an independent Palestinian. State and achieve constructive peace and stability in the Middle East region.

He recalled the message recently sent by the King to the Palestinian President, in which he stressed that Morocco remains committed to the preservation of the status of the Palestinian cause in the classification of its national cause and to the continuation of the constructive engagement in order to establish a just and lasting peace action in the region.

He also reaffirmed in this regard the firm and clear position of the Kingdom of Morocco, led by the King, President of the Jerusalem Committee, in favor and in favor of the Palestinian cause, and its adherence to a peaceful settlement based on the two States. . Solution.

He stressed that the king will continue to defend the special status of Jerusalem and respect the freedom to practice religious rites for followers of the three monotheistic religions, and that he will spare no effort to protect its Islamic character, preserve the character al-Aqsa Mosque, and defend the historical identity of this city as a land of coexistence between divine religions.

To achieve these objectives, Bourita explained that the paths followed by Morocco within the framework of a royal directive are the practical approach implemented by the Beit Mal Al-Quds Al-Sharif Agency with regard to the preservation of Historic monuments of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and help People of Al-Quds enjoy all their rights.

Regarding the whole issue, Bourita said, the most effective way is diplomatic and political action in parallel with the Israeli-Palestinian negotiations.
