Brazilian club Kino da Silva was injured after their team's match against the stars of the Egyptian league.
The 29-year-old from Brazil hit a glass door in Petrosport after the match ended Wednesday night.
According to witnesses, "one of the star team personnel broke the glass door of the locker room when the player passed, resulting in injury."
The Pyramids won 2-0 at the Petrosporot stadium in the 16th round of the tournament.
