CAF makes statement on Egyptian stadiums
The African Football Confederation (CAF) today issued a statement on the inspection of Egyptian stadiums and facilities to host the Africa Cup of Nations next summer.
A team of experts led by Samson Adamo began his tour of Egypt last Sunday with an inspection visit to several Cairo facilities, including the Cairo International Stadium, Suez Stadium, Ismailia and Port Said.
Al-Kaf said the inspections would continue until next Thursday, when the final reports of the committee to follow the preparations for the continental event will be received.
