The Kuwaiti court of appeal annulled a preliminary ruling on the execution of a senior Saudi citizen for the murder of his wife after a dispute between them.
The oldest Saudi resident of the Taima region of Jahra province, Kuwait, killed his wife in March 2017, five times, after arguing inside their home.
Sources revealed that the court had only sentenced him to life imprisonment, his lawyer having no element of premeditation.
