CS Sfaxien beat ES Sahel 2-1 on Sunday, March 10, 2019 in the fifth round match of the Africa Cup of Nations (CAF) group stage.
The SSS scored by Firas Shawat before Saddam Bin Aziza failed in the amendment in the 62nd minute, and Nassim Henid doubled the score for CS Sfaxien in the 77th minute as a result of a penalty kick.
CS Sfaxien increased their lead to 9 points in Group B, ahead of CS Sfaxien II with 7 points.
The 1-1 draw was the result of the group's second match between Burkinabe Salitas and Ugo Rangers. Sfaxien was officially qualified for the quarterfinals before a round of groups, while the star needed a point to qualify.
