On Wednesday night, February 4, activists staged a symbolic protest in the center of Nador to demand a hospital to diagnose and treat cancer in the province of Nador.
The symbolic event, attended by a handful of protesters, coincided with World Cancer Day, held around the world, with great efforts to raise awareness and prevent the disease, which attracts thousands of citizens each year.
The activists reiterated their demand for the creation of a hospital specialized in cancer treatment, which will facilitate the transport of patients from the region and the countryside to the towns of the interior to be treated.
