Google will offer its new product line, including its new Pixel 4 smartphone, at an event in New York next month, the group announced Monday.
In a brief message, the internet giant has called on the media to "come see Google on October 15," according to Agence France-Presse.
The highlight of the event will probably be the Pixel 4 smartphone, which can be used partially without contact, once the gestures of the hands are detected by a sensor system.
According to details released by the US giant at the end of July, it could be unlocked on the device through facial recognition, but Google will not transfer personal data associated with this feature to others services.
The integration of a technology called Sully, a radar that the Pixel team has been developing for five years, will be the key innovation of this new device.
Google is expected to unveil other products, including the Pixel Book notebook launched in 2017.
The Google announcement comes after rival Apple unveiled last Tuesday its new line of iPhones, the new generation of iPad and the Apple Watch.
