The deceased was born in 1940 on the island of Tuti, which sits in the middle of the two blue and white nils of the Sudanese capital, Khartoum. He grew up in a family that practiced agriculture in the fields of this island and began his education in Koranic schools on the island, then joined mainstream schools until college.
And his art was coupled with another hobby, which is sports, where he was famous for playing football in school, in which he qualified to play with the Cubs of Mars team at the late fifties of the last century with players later grown into adults, such as Ezzedine Al-Duhaish and Ali Qaqrine.
The deceased (Hamad Al-Reeh) worked as the secretary of the librarian of the University of Khartoum, and during his work at the university, he performed several of his famous songs, including the songs “Birds of Raho, Al -Saqia, Marya and Al-Mafraq ”, and that is why he was known as the artist of the university and the artist of the Sudanese intellectuals, and he also worked as a captain for the Sudanese intellectuals.
