The Corona virus has hit the Egyptian arts community in the past few hours after scores of them were infected with the virus.
According to the Egyptian “Akhbar Al-Youm portal”, the injury appeared in the trio, Yusra, Gamal Al-Adl and Inas El-Deghidi, in addition to artist Amir Karara.
Actress Nashwa Mostafa announced her infection with the virus via her Facebook account days after the El Gouna Film Festival, and actress Basma announced that she had been placed in home isolation after confirming her infection, and actress Zainab Gharib also announced that she had been infected with the Corona virus through her Instagram account.
Egyptian rapper “Weez” announced, via his Instagram account, that he had contracted the Coronavirus in El Gouna.
Egyptian film and theater clothing designer Reem El-Adl said on her Facebook page that she had no symptoms of the disease, but had had a medical smear and the result was positive (i.e. infected).
