The Jordan Football Federation (JFF) announced Tuesday that Al-Faisaly player Uday Zahran has been banned from any football activity for six years.
The punishment for the arrest of Zahran for immoral movement, after the broadcast of a video showing his behavior, was considered walking after the game of his team against the units of the national league.
"The player of Al-Faisaly Uday Zahran is prohibited from participating in any activity related to football for six years from the date of the sanction, in accordance with the provisions of articles (8/2/6, 176)", said the local federation in a statement posted on its website.
The Al-Wihdat club complained against the player, claiming he had removed his pants and made a sexual suggestion to the Al-Wehdat club and his fans. The videos show how the player removes his pants and heads for the crowd.
The management of Jordanian club Al Faisaly, led by Baker Agudan, decided to arrest Zahran a month ago.
The management also decided to deny the player the reward of the 2-1 win in the game, which took place last Thursday in the professional league, and to deprive him of his monthly salary for 3 months.
Arab21 apologizes for having released the video that shows what the player has done for ethical reasons.
