Croatian media are worried about the dismissal of their compatriot Branko Ivankovic from Al Ahli.

Al Ahli has announced the dismissal of Branco from his position in the team's technical team, after Al Wahda's 2-2 defeat in the third round of the Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Cup.

The "dnevnik" that the Croatian coach was known to send him back in a strange way, only three months after taking over Al-Ahli's training.

Branco said in his remarks after the match, Al Wahda, that he did not know the decision to dismiss him, knew nothing about them.

Branco took over Al Ahli after a successful experience with Persepolis in Iran.

Branko's departure from Al Ahli was not the fastest in his history. The Croatian coach was sacked in 2013 after leading Dynamo in just one month, during which he played five games.
